Marc Allocca is senior vice president in the Richmond office of CB Richard Ellis, the global real estate services firm. A commercial real estate broker specializing in sales and leasing of office, office flex, and industrial types of property, Marc is also a private investor in commercial and residential properties. In 2005, he was named a “top producer” of CB Richard Ellis.

Marc is a 1989 graduate of Hampden–Sydney College and serves on the Alumni Council of that school. He has been a board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Western Virginia since 2002. He and his wife have three children.
