Ryan Andrews is president of Venture Marketing, a Richmond-based firm involved in a wide spectrum of support services for businesses, including company uniforms, tradeshow and special event support, promotional items and recruiting. The company employs nearly a dozen people and plans for additional staff growth and a new building.

A native of Chicago who grew up in Milwaukee, Ryan is a marketing graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where he also held a golf scholarship. He and his wife have three boys.
