Mark Hourigan is owner and president of Hourigan Construction Corp., which builds commercial and institutional properties ranging from corporate offices, retail centers and industrial facilities to schools, research laboratories and healthcare facilities. His company directly employees approximately 100 people in its Richmond and Virginia Beach offices.
