Virginia Business Bank Names Chief Financial Officer
Richmond, Virginia (November 9, 2005) - Virginia Business Bank (“in organization”) has named Barbara T. (Brad) Kallus as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this position, Kallus will be responsible for finance, accounting, operations, investments and human resources.
Most recently, Kallus was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tyringham Holdings, Inc., a $40 million retail company with offices in Boston and Richmond, which sells diamonds, fashion jewelry and gifts in the luxury market. In this position, Kallus was responsible for finance, accounting, IT, operations and risk management for the company. Kallus also has held previous senior management positions with Energen of Virginia, Inc., Investors Financial Corporation (IFC), American Automobile Association of Virginia, and Garry Stosch Walls & Co.
Also a Certified Public Accountant, Kallus holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
